Malik seeks DNA report of girl dropped at Dr Aafia’s home

ISLAMABAD (SANA): Interior Minister Rehman Malik Monday sought DNA report and forensic test of an unidentified girl dropped outside the home of Dr. Aafia’s mother.

The Minister also asked the police to complete the identification of the girl from NADRA.

It is pertinent to mention here that an unidentified girl was dropped Buy nolvadex online outside the home of Dr. Aafia’s mother with the address of Dr. Aafia in her neck. Asmat Siddiqui, the mother of Dr. Aafia informed the Interior Minister about the baby.

KARACHI: Dr Fauzia Siddiqui has confirmed that the teenage girl, brought by unidentified men to her home is not Mariam, the missing 11-year-old daughter of Dr Aafia Siddiqui, the Pakistani national scientist detained in US prison.

According to private TV channel, the sister of detained Dr. Aafia Siddiqui, Dr. Fauzia Siddiqui confirmed that the teenage was not daughter of her sister as the Federal Interior Minister had reported that the finger prints of teenage girl were not matched with the prints of her niece, Mariam. The teenage girl aged between five to six speaks only English and has been shifted to Darul-Aman.

KARACHI: A 12-year-old girl was abandoned outside the residence of Dr Aafia Siddiqui’s sister on Sunday, leading to speculations that the girl might be Aafia’s daughter who went missing seven years ago.

However, Dr Fauzia Siddiqui, Aafia’s sister doubted that the girl was actually Aafia’s daughter and called the incident highly suspicious.

Investigators probing Aafia’s case were left bewildered after people arrived at Fauzia’s residence in Gulshan-e-Iqbal and claimed that the girl was Aafia’s missing daughter.

“She is not Maryam and I am very angry with the people who are playing with my family’s emotions,” Fauzia said.

Dr. Aafia SiddiquiAafia Siddiqui is a Pakistani Muslim neuroscientist and MIT alumna. She was mother of three. Mystery girl left outside Aafia’s house in Khi

KARACHI: An 11-year-old girl was left outside the house of Dr Aafia Siddiqui in Gulshan-i-Iqbal by some people on Sunday, deepening a mystery surrounding the fate of Dr Aafia’s children.

A senior police officer told Dawn that the girl was wearing a collar “bearing the address of the house in case she wandered off”.

Dr Aafia’s family informed police about the girl left outside their house by some people, the officer who did not want to be identified said.

The girl speaks English, but it was not clear if she could understand or speak Urdu or any other language, the officer added.

Dr. Aafia Siddiqi’s daughter has been found!

Today, Dr. Aafia Siddiqi’s long lost daughter was returned to the family. It is still not clear whether the girl can speak fluent English or even if she really is Dr. Aafia Siddiqi’s daughter, but efforts are under way to find out the truth.

Apparently, some unidentified people left 11-year old Marium at the house of Dr. Aafia Siddiqi’s sister, Dr. Fauzia Siddiqi, in Karachi. NADRA officials have taken the fingerprints of the young girl who went missing in the year 2003 to confirm her relationship to Dr. Aafia Siddiqi. It is with apprehension and immense pleasure, at the same time, that the tormented family has received the young girl. It still remains to be seen if she really is Dr. Aafia Siddiqi’s daughter.

Has the govt abandoned Dr Aafia?

ISLAMABAD – The government has quietly taken a U-turn on Aafia Siddiqui’s case letting the Americans decide her fate, top-level credible sources told TheNation on Thursday.

To the shock and disbelief of common Pakistanis, government authorities have quietly conveyed to the Americans that Pakistan is no more interested to pursue this case, said the sources.

According to New York based credible sources, Pakistani officials stationed in New York and Washington believed Aafia might emerge like a political heroine after securing release from the US detention, causing trouble for the incumbent government.
