US court declares Aafia guilty
NEW YORK: US Court Wednesday held Dr Aafia Siddiqui–a US-educated Pakistani woman as guilty of trying to kill American servicemen in Afghanistan.
According to Geo News, the court declared its verdict on Dr Siddiqui at 2pm (local time).
Aafia Siddiqui, 37, a neuroscientist trained at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology, was found guilty on all charges by a jury in federal court.
She was accused of being a would-be terrorist who in July 2008 grabbed a rifle at an Afghan police station where she was being interrogated and tried to gun down a group of US servicemen.
Dr Aafia was present at the time of the verdict. She listened to the verdict with great fortitude. Also, her brother was present on the occasion.

A lady has been as much abused as she can for only that she tried to kill a US service ( which is not confirmed) man its mean all US service men should deserve for more abusing then Dr. Aafia as they killed may innocent people in Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon and other places of world ( which is confirmed)
All human right activists, law students and people who believe USA’s judicial system delivers justice should study this case closely. I was quite clear about US media, US government policies, pantagon’s justifications and mind set of most of Americans but had a very minute doubt which has been resolved with this decision. I was having a wrong opinion that all kind of illegal operations are done by agencies and are not second when comes in knowledge of proper body but now I think all are in same basket. When Dr. Aafia used to shout in the court I used to think that she has no idea that this court is about to release her and she is saying all this because of behavior and treatment of her US hostages but know I think she was quite right and she has understood quite rightly. why someone should not adopt Bush doctrine “either you are with us or against us” . who says kangaroo courts are only found in third world and corrupt countries?. this is the face of enlightened and moderated nation whom people quote
