Dr Aafia Siddiqui – The Prisoner 650

KARACHI, Jan.15, (APP): The hearing of a constitution petition filed by an NGO Human Rights Network seeking safe return of Dr Afia Siddiqui was adjourned here on Thursday by a division bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali and Justice Faisal Arab.

When the matter was taken up, it was pointed out to the court that respondents have not filed their comments till date.

The bench affording last chance to the state side, adjourned the matter directing the respondents to file detailed comments within two weeks.
